Our Covid-19 Update

Over the last 17 months, we have had to deal with a lot of disruptive change in our clinics.

We are very pleased that the 19th July marks a relaxation of many restrictions and that this hopefully means we will continue to move towards 'normal' life again.

However, in practice we are still very vulnerable to losing staff to self-isolation. There are many businesses being affected by isolation through track and trace, having to close down our entire setup is a real risk. This would have severe consequences for our patients and clients and so we will continue to have many measures in place to limit this risk.

From Monday 19th, we will still be wearing full PPE in all our interaction with you. We will be requesting that clients wear face coverings when entering our buildings.

We will not limit the number of clients that can be in reception, but we ask that people respect the personal space of others and clients will be welcome to wait in cars or outside if they are more comfortable with this.

We will ask that only one client comes into the consultation with their pets wherever possible.
